i was going through my ps3 colection just making sure i have everything and i started looking at my instruction booklets and noticing haw collorfull and eleaborit some of my books are. just a minor thing but look at the lbp booklet and how its so colorful and full of personality. and wat about thoughs ilustrations on the inside of the ps3 boxes. there atchualy prity cool but what happend to them. the only games i know that have them is motorstorm and uncharted drakes fortune. wat do you guys say about this

What are we meant to be discussing here? xD If you're wondering why most games don't have coloured manuals and stuff it's because coloured ink can be really expensive. If you're printing colours onto 10,000 copies of a 10 page manual that most people won't even look at, the cost can really add up

The smell of a new games manual~ Especially the ones you order and receive wrapped. It was so crappy when I got HL2 and all they gave me was a silly leaflet. I mean, sure the super nintendo/megadrive manuals were okay, but have you ever seen the original manual for some older games? Starcraft came with a freaking book, filled with not just how to play the game but short stories and other things that really helped fleshing out the games universe. Haha.

Haha. i know egsactly wat you mean. i have the original smb3/smb1 boxes and booklets and there asom i sometimes sit down a read them because the so full of story hints and secrets. say has anyone seen the mgs4 booklet with its comicbook story of the first mission to explain the game. so awsome
