Remember the good old days? Well, eh. The good old days when your parents thought a silly little 486 would be allright with you when everyone was migrating to windows 98? Playing in create mode in LBP sure brings memories back. Memories of endless ZZT sessions. No no, not ZZ top. Heh. It's a game, with a few thrilling default "worlds". But, the big thing about it is, that ZZT had an editor, that gave you the ability to make just about anything with it's editor. Was it a hard to use editor? Not really. And lots of amazing levels spawned from it and people shared their creations. And sure, some people made some nice looking screens populated with easy puzzles with some push blocks and some enemies. And some used the limited scripting language to create anything from calculators to full-fledged RPG engines. Heh. *sigh* Nostalgia eh? YouTube - ZZT by Epic MegaGames Oh and a video of ZZT. Heh. I should make a ZZT tribute in LBP. Maybe later. When I get better. You guys ever played ZZT? Or anything like it, like, er, megazeux.

I'm not really old enough to know about anything like this but it looks fun I wish i knew about this when i was a kid because i was obsessed with making games! I had to settle for spending hours drawing mazes on paper and maneuvering them with my finger, and roleplaying collecting the keys to open doors - good memories

Hahaha oh man, yeah me too. I used to draw up alot of cool games with levels and stuff all planned out. Man where did all that creativity go... Of course looking back they might not have been all that super good but still. Heh.

I grew up as a PC gamer. My 486 was my first computer. Played a lot of awesome stuff on it. Galactix, Paganitzu, Boloball, The Dig, Quantum Gate, Star Wars: Rebel Assault II, The 7th Guest... Unfortunately it died a while back. Sucks, cause it took a lot of awesome obscure games with it that I'll probably never ever get to play again. =< Then we replaced it with a Pentium 2 Gateway thing and I got to play Half-Life and Counter-Strike 1.5 so it was all good.
