I didn't see the graphic in the initial post so here it is.

I like the trap option but would have been nice to have one with the proton pack wand in hand and one with the trap. At least there are proton packs. No Marshmallow man..... I can hold out hope for a surprise though

The japanese advert has a marshmallow man morganna - pretty reasonable to assume we are getting on too

Well, great job getting your hopes up, everybody

Yeah, Mm really made us look like fools! It's not that bad though, but not worth 2 whole teasers :/

In the original teaser thread (here on lbpc) they have pics from a Japanese ad that includes slimer and mr. stay pufft. So I'm holding out hope.2009-07-10 18:08:00

I love toasted marshmallows! ...a Stay Puft Man costume would be pretty cool.

I might get this, but not sure until I see it. The backpack and trap is kinda cool.. jumpsuit could be handy and the stickers might be interesting.. I was sorta hoping for Stay Puft and a ghost outfit.

Crossing fingers and hoping, but not holding my breath.

Just so you guys know, the Japanese ad comes from the official Japanese website. So you can be sure we're getting the Stay Puft and Ghost 2009-07-10 18:32:00

Japs might only get it.

i dont think so. unless Mm wants to be bombarded with hate mail....or maybe people will take it like it is and still buy it telling Mm they will buy anything...who knows

all i know is i wont stand for it if they do this exclusive to one region bullcrap

Woah... that slimer costume is really ......weird

Hmmm these Mm news posts are really starting to annoy me.
The image isn't even showing on this one. And the one before it needs to go, yes I'm talking about the Wig one. So irrelevant, and much more of a Mm blog thing than a LBPC news thing =_=

It's not going to be exclusive. Just different advertising techniques in different countries. Don't worry 2009-07-10 18:47:00

Yeah but it's for the same price as one of the more unique costumes, so instead of one totally unique guy you get 4 guys that together make one unique guy

So now that we have Ghostbusters costumes coming and there's no official level pack. Why don't some of our fantastic creators out there make some Ghost themed levels? Why lament no levels when you can make your own?2009-07-10 20:08:00

The only reason I'm waiting for new level packs is for new tools and gadgets, as well as seeing things come out of the expert hands of Media Molecule's level design team.2009-07-10 21:21:00

I probably won't get this. It's just gonna be another mini pack.
Please, please, please start making level packs Mm! Even if it means we won't be getting any more mini packs.

It's more likely that they used those hair pieces we already have to create the team. Seems like the Ghostbusters uniform will one separate thing like in the Judge Dredd pack. I seriously hope we get that Stay Puft costume and that it's not just part of the promo ad. These costumes have some great potential... awesome!

I think that anything posted on the Mm site is automatically posted here

In all honesty, if the threads about wigs weren't posted here by Mm then someone else would've posted it here eventually

I seriously hope we get that Stay Puft costume and that it's not just part of the promo ad.

It's unlikely that Mm would go through the effort of making a costume and then not give it to us

Not to mention it's got a price tag next to it

Translating yen to dollars, you get about 2 dollars for stay puft, $2 for silmer, $2 for logo, and $2 for the four ghostbusters. Or $6-7 for the whole pack.

Obviously that's not a guaranteed price since the price could easily be different between countries, but that's probably close.
Anyways, we'll know in less than a week

wow with a price similar to the MGS pack im hoping this means that its a more then just costumes and stickers

Like I said my price might be off so don't listen to me. But isn't that about what the Judge Dredd cost, or am I way off?

But yeah, don't take my price as the law. It could be totally wrong.

And as far as we know there's no new gameplay mechanics, just costumes and stickers. But who knows... I think it's just best to sit tight until they say exactly, rather than speculate...

EDIT: Sage, I think it's just the angel/marketing.

Those costumes should actually be cheaper than the current one's

200Y = ?1.30
Existing individual costumes cost ?1.60

600Y = ?4,
Existing costume packs cost ?4.80

So yeah, this will cost the same as a load of other costume packs

You've got good eyes! I didn't even notice that. I prefer the JP hair.

I don't think there would be any point in adding gameplay functions out of Ghostbusters though. It would pretty much come down to ghost trap and proton cannon (and we already have the paintinator).

Want some new game mechanics? Wait for MM to do a level pack based on Portal. That's when you **** yourself.

The $2.15 price is an exact price convert from the Japanese price. The DLC is NOT getting bumped up in price, I can tell you that much. We are still getting it for $1.99.

What i really don't understand is how mm keeps releasing all these stickers & costumes but don't seem to care at all about the obvious bugs that has been in the game for a long, long time

They should be in the process of fixing most of those bugs because of the beta
Most of the bugs submitted there have nothing to do with Online Create.

Just remember though it's a team, the stickers that they're making don't effect whoever's working on the bugs

I'm not talking about online create beta, i'm talking about bugs that has been in the game since it has been released. (like the sticker-bug & grid-bug for example)

They're either fixing them now or can't fix them at all

I know they're working on the sticker-bug at least because it's stickied on the beta forum

Yeah, guys, there's an issue with Mm's RSS feed (http://www.mediamolecule.com/feed/) - it's not sending images for some reason. I'll chat with the tech guys at Mm and see if they can get it sorted, but until then, we'll have to suffer without images.
