How can make a car go forward and reverse using two grab switches? One switch for reverse and the other for forward.

Why not just use a three-way grab switch?

Place a 3-Way Switch, set to directional somewhere off camera. Make it big if you can (just makes it easier to work with). Wire this switch to the car. Now attach winches from the sponge handle of the 3-Way to the base of the three way. Set them to directional, inverted and make sure their max length is long enough to accommodate being pulled the other direction by the other winch (hope that made sense). Now attach each of your car's two grab switches to one of the winches. When you grab one, it contracts the winch, which pulls the 3-Way. Easy as pie. (mmmm.... pie... om nom nom...)
