Making a boss, having some trouble.

I've got a new level all ready to post that I'm really happy with everything came together really well it's totally my best level ever.
There's a boss at the end, also finished and wonderful just like the rest of the level he's got all kinds of different attacks he does and looks really creepy to boot, it's wonderful.
BUT
when he's defeated, several parts of him don't disappear. Very important parts too, like buzzsaws. Dangerous things that I really need to go away when the boss does or else sackboy ends up in a collapsing pile of death with no escape. And to make matters worse, they ALWAYS land in the entrance so when I respawn I'm still trapped and can't finish the level. How do I make the game realize that these things are still part of the boss?

Im guessing that the saw is not attatched by a material...

A brain can be attached if you hollow it out and can be killed using a piston triggered via the bosses death. Or if you have the MGS pack then you can attach a protected brain which can bbe destroyed by an emitted paintball via the death. It can get pretty complicated...

If they aren't attached directly then you can connect them with invisible string. Just make sure it's long enough that it won't impede movement2009-07-10 00:39:00
