Static Image/Object Glitch

Archive: 4 posts

I've noticed this glitch being used in a number of levels recently, one of which being Sci-fi World 3

The glitch involves multiple images and objects in a single space flashing rapidly between eachother, it looks like TV static...

Anyone have any idea how to do this? I desperately need this for my new level (which is 80% done)

Is there emitter smoke, because then I'd assume it to be sequenced emitters (these can be made to make short animation clips in LBP), or does it just flicker randomly, as if two or more interposed materials were fighting for dominance?2009-07-06 20:31:00

AAAAAH...Me thinks this is the embed glitch that you are talking about. I'll try and find the thread for it...

EDIT:

If you merge materials with glass, it makes the material flicker. Just a guess but I think this is what you're after.

You sir, are a sackgod among sacks, I thank you for this

I'll credit both you, and mindphaser (founder of glitch) in my level

Thanks a ton
