Psn wallet heeaaaaaalp

This might be off topic for the LBP forum.... but i don't know where else to turn.

The Playstation forums arn't very helpful, and neither is their customer support.
I've e-mailed them like 5 times and still havn't replied.

I currently live in a developing country (due to work), being away from my home country is hard, and games are pretty much the only thing that will keep me company (I can't even go out to town alone because of the horrible crime rate)

Anyway~~~~ my country isn't displayed in the "Select Country" option when entering my billing address, so the Address Verification System fails on my side.
I have both a Mastercard and a Visa card but they are both set to the current country i live in.

I would buy a PSN Prepaid card off e-bay, but my LBP is set to the European reigon..... and I've herd they only have US PSN cards....

Anyway have any suggestions?

I just feel like banging my head against the wall, when i wake up every morning with all these level ideas contain a paintanator..... but remembering I don't have one! (sad panda)

All I can think of is using a different card, of someone who is from a country that is listed (get help from a family member or friend) and use their address and card number to buy some PSN funds. And pay them back of course.2009-07-06 14:53:00

If there's no PSN of your country I think you can't buy anything. Unless someone logs on your account and funds it with his credit card that he would have previously registered there or with those PSN cards.
But I think it would still fail at the adress verification because it needs an address in the right country.

you could change your billing address on your credit card to your home contry(maybe a relatives house) and set up paperless billing so you they dont even send statements by mail and just send stuff to your email.2009-07-06 16:25:00

Access to a region's PlayStation?Store is determined by the country associated with the PlayStation?Network account. The PLAYSTATION?3 computer entertainment system will automatically direct the PlayStation?Network account to the corresponding region's PlayStation?Store. Also, once a PlayStation?Network account is created, the country for that account is unable to be modified. If your country is not listed, we apologize but PlayStation?Network access is not currently supported in your country at this time.

A PLAYSTATION?3 from one region will be able to access the PlayStation?Store for another region, however, the PlayStation?Network account must have a valid mailing address within that foreign region. Additionally, if you wish to purchase content* from a specific region's PlayStation?Store, you must have a credit card or debit card (with a VISA or MasterCard logo) with a billing address from the same region.
So - it looks like you will need to do a few things...
As suggested above, obtain access to someone's billing address (parents? friends? siblings?), Then create a new PSN user account using that billing address (so you will be designated within that valid region/country). Next, either change the billing address on one of your credit cards, OR obtain a Visa/MC Gift Card These usually can be purchased on-line and have no name or address associated with them - they have the purchase value preloaded as the spending limit. Though beware, there is usually an activation fee associated and deducted from that balance.

But just one questoion regarding level kits

If i buy a level kit for PSN account "A" would i be able to use the level kit on PSN account "B" on the same PS3? Or would i have to buy another level kit for that said account?

Can't say for certain, but all the DLC I've purchased has been usable by all of the accounts on my PS3. Now, of course, all my accounts are set up in the same region.2009-07-08 14:06:00

This won't be a problem, as the DLC info is loaded to your machine so any user on that machine will be able to access it.
