When sending PMs often I'm bothered by the fact I can only send it to some 5 people, and right now I'm working on a project where I have to send PMs up to 9 at a time.... maybe raise it to ten or fifteen?

The limit is done to prevent spammers, but 10/15 seems reasonable.

I bumped it up to 10, but it's not going any higher than that. If you've got a bigger group you need to PM, you'll have to do it in batches.

Seeing as the limit is to prevent spamming (right?), could it be that the bundles give you higher limits? Say 20/30/50? Then only the trusted members can send larger batches, and the spam stays capped?

why would you even need to send a PM to 50 people? Just make a thread about it if it's going to be that widespread.

I can certainly understand the need for a higher PM limit when there is a project in the works like LBPCentral The Game. But I can't see it being that often...maybe for critical messages that you want to make sure everyone involved sees in a timely manner. For the most part, I think the threads will work...just suggest to those in your group that they could subscribe to the thread, to receive an email when there is a post. I like this feature, because I can access my emails almost anywhere. Rick

Aus dem Archiv wurden alle persönlichen Daten wie Name, Anschrift, Email etc. - aber auch sämtliche Inhalte wie z.B. persönliche Nachrichten - entfernt.
