Welcome everyone to... LITTLEBIGDERBY! It's going to be an 8-person tourney where you make your own car and race others for an ultimate prize! Rules: -Car can be made of any material. -Wheels must be attached with FREE BOLTS -Your Sackboy must be able to ride the vehicle -Cars must fit inside box I set for you, nothing bigger -Car can take up all three layers -The course will change every time a new bracket starts Start thinking of ideas now, and I'll post a signup sheet later on with more details! EDIT: I changed ONE LAYER to THREE LAYERS. Cars will not race head to head, I'll just time them.

rocket cars are legal? Cheater, of course not! Motors aren't even legal.. EDIT: This idea has sparked another idea.. sorry guys! I'll post a thread detailing my idea tomorrow. Again, it is a community thing, but it will probably be handed over to whoever wants to run it... it doesn't necessarily have to be ran by me. Just a hint to what it is: Bots.

It's like the Boyscout Derbys where a bunch of cars are placed at the top of a hill and when the box is opened up, the cars fly out and race.

Oh, that's fine. People in the US will probably still be playing pre-made levels and playing and testing Create Mode, so it's not a problem. Oh, and if this gets enough support, could it be moved to Events or Contests (whichever fits best)?

I'll post more info tomorrow, so you can start brainstorming. I shall make mine into flaming wood. So if Any of your vehicles touch mine they will instantly be set aflame! Ahahhaa. No but really, this sounds like fun. I am excited to see how well the physics work and see if aerodynamics come into play. If so, this can be a very good idea indeed!

lol u should give us a kit of a block of wood wheels and a weight... then we have to shape the cars... it will be just like the real thing...

I like this idea. it would be really hard to make a car that only uses one layer. This will also make it so you can add more things to your car that might somehow speed it up. Man, this is going to be awesome.
