not really asking for help just ranting I have been working hard on a big level that's nearly complete today, and i saved every 15 minutes or so, but what I dont get is that like 30 minutes ago the power randomly went out on our block while i was working on it, and when i signed back in my level had regressed back like an hour or two of work! any idea why that happened anyways?

Yeah this has happened to most of us. Look at my sig - data backup thread. Should explain that "save level" doesn't actually do what it says on the tin.

I don't see anything in your sig rtm, but I'll break it down as simply as possible: When you save your level, it saves it to your RAM, not your HDD. Every once in a while, you need to exit to your pod to allow it to save from your RAM to to your HDD. This happened to me yesterday as well. The little figure in the bottom of the sackboy running tells you that it is making a "hard save." Just exit to your pod every once a while, and wait for this symbol to go away, then re-enter create mode.
