As I'm sure many of you have noticed, with the new Druid costume that came out now when you go to saved outfits you can pick the full costume instead of having to look for each costume piece. I'd like it if they could do that with all the costumes in the game.

Yeah I wondered what was going on when i saw that. I don't know why they didn't do that before with all the previous ones , it would have saved a lot of searching.

I just want to know why they haven't gone back and retroactively made the other seasonal releases (pumpkin, groundhog, santa etc.) into 'outfits'. Anyway, I'm getting the feeling that this means MM might make it possible to give away 'outfits' as prizes soon...

There is a way (but you can't do it from your popit) On the LittleBigPlanet, go to LittleBigShop. Find the costume you want to put on. Press X. Your sackboy will dress up accordingly. I find this much easier to do than finding individual pieces, but again, you can't do it anywhere you want to from your popit =/ It will be VERY helpful for the community when (not if) Mm let's you give away costumes as prizes. Plus it will be useful for backup! Expanding on that, when/if Mm allows multiple pods, giving those as prizes as well will also be very useful. Doing this would mean that you could pick up a costume and dress up accordingly to the level, which would be awesome

I really don't see why one outfit you can select automatically will lead to being able to give out costumes as prizes at all. Which is 99.9% sure its not gonna happen already for all the costumes from DLC you have to buy, so many would be getting them for free. Besides, only very few levels ask to dress up for the level and most of the time it doesn't even matter, i doubt Mm would really put an effort for such thing. Anywho, back on topic: It is indeed odd they did this with only this costume, maybe that's why the update was bigger than expected. And who knows, we might be getting that option for the rest of the pre-made costumes laterthat or have the Druid's one removed...

Not necessarily, it could be like when you try to send objects using stickers from other DLC that it doesn't let you use it unless you have the DLC bought.

Yeah you would get an error saying you need to buy the dlc before you can use it I don't think Mm would be too bothered about people not having specific parts of an outfit as long as it isn't dlc, they just need to make it so that the player can't use specific parts of it. I can really see collectible outfits becoming a feature in the near future
