I was curious on how to get the cool costumes that I've seen other players create. Is it a matter of whether or not the player created a level to go and collect the costume? I am not clear on this issue, because there are some amazing creations out there that I would love to have. -Jason

Some of the costume creations you see are custom-made and if they don't have a costume tutorial then you can't get them (try clicking the name you see on the screenshot so you can see if they have any costume tutorials). But there are other costumes that were made by other people that already have tutorials. Search "costume" or "costume tutorial" for some, search for any character (bugs bunny costume for example), or search for steve_big_guns which I think is the most well-known costume creator.

You have to make them using different clothing pieces and stickers.
