In no particular order:

65daysofstatic
Amazing band, highly recommended if you like post-rock.
YouTube - Drove Through Ghosts by 65daysofstatic

DARTZ!
Wonderful UK indie band.
YouTube - DARTZ! - St. Petersburg

Dinosaur Jr.
Great alternative rock band, very old.
YouTube - Dinosaur Jr - Freak Scene

Forward, Russia!
Another good UK band, however they are very odd sounding.
YouTube - Forward Russia - Nine

God is an Astronaut
Another post rock band.
(look up a video yourself)

Godspeed You! Black Emperor
Same as above.

Kay Kay And His Weathered Underground
I really can't describe these guys, they have a very distinct style, they're awesome.
YouTube - Santa Cruz Lined Pockets

Minus the Bear
Amazing alternative indie band, probably my favorite band yet.

Muse
I'm sure you all know about them. However Supermassive Black Hole has got to be the WORST SONG IN EXISTENCE.

Small Leaks Sink Ships
Yet another indie band.
(can't find videos, sorry)

Not really a mainstream fan. Also, I absolutley despise bands such as My Chemical Romance and BrokenCYDE.

Ultravox

I'm still into a lot of those bands myself, including Bauhaus, Fields Of The Nephilim, House of Love, New Model Army, Pixies, Rammstein and System of a Down. Most of the other bands you've listed, I've had a passing interest in during the 80's/90's but I don't listen to them much these days.

I've been listening to Fields of the Nephilim and New Model Army a lot recently. In fact, I'm going to a New Model army gig when they tour later this year. On top of their classic 80's/90's songs, the Nephs and NMA have both produced some quality material in recent years too. If you haven't already, then you should check out the Nephs' "Mourning Sun" album, and NMA's "High". Judging by your list, I think you might like the contemporary, but retro-sounding punk/goth band The Horrors too, so check out their debut album "Strange House" if you get the chance.

I'm not gonna make a full list of my own since I'm an obsessive music collector and it would be far too long for this thread. I will list my current top 5 favorites though...

Songs Ohia / Magnolia Electric Co. (Jason Molina)
Queen Adreena / Ruby Throat (Katie-Jane Garside)
16-Horsepower / Woven Hand (David Eugene Edwards)
New Model Army
Rasputina

Nice list and all over the place!! Most cool!

Good choice for number one.. Freddy was a master of theater on a Rock and Roll stage. ..and Brian May.. whoa.. awesome guitar player.

I am not sure I could pick a #1, but sometimes about loose it when I hear David Gilmour's guitar solos in Comfortably Numb. serious chills.. Not that you list them.. just my brain wandering over this way >>>

Bowie is another fav did you give a listen to Scary Monsters? I love that album. Pretty wild stuff, but I love it. Has Robert Fripp playing with him...

Still scanning your list a bit..

I think I like Peter Gabriel solo stuff over Phil Collins solo stuff though.. I have a few dvd's of Peter's concerts and they are a feast for the eyes as well as the ears. Incredible stuff and worth watching.

..again, really nice list!

This looks like a fun thread.. I will have to compile a list and revisit!!
