Need a Computer Screen for a Video!

| I am working on an LBP machinima, and I really need a computer screen. It doesn't have to move, I just want a static image, of a blank screen with the edge of the computer screen showing. Hopefully, you know what I mean when I say edges. The part of the computer screen that doesn't make an image. Now, I want this computer to be old, one of the computers with a thick edge, enabling you to put things on it, and for it to have buttons. Something like this: http://i.ehow.com/images/GlobalPhoto/Articles/4559633/oldpc-main_Full.jpg On those edges, I really want some cool things, such as a sticky note saying: LBP PSP! Gotta buy! Or soemthing like that. As long as it would fit in the LBP universe. Also, at the bottom, instead of the company's name I would like to have Something like: LBPC or LBP Tech (An LBP related company.) Now, if you are confused, just make a basic image of what you think I am looking for and post it. Then I can tell you if its right or not.
