You had obviously heard of the time when Media Molecule had to delay the release date because of a "controversial song". Well, it was delayed for a couple of days if I recall. I pre-ordered this game, in obvious anticipation along with Guitar Hero: World Tour(which I discourage buying any game of the series). And guess what, when I picked my World Tour package in GameStop, the fellow man at the register gave me my LittleBigPlanet game. I was shocked, and happy. I didn't play World Tour first, but LittleBigPlanet. I was greeted with the normal game. But there were big differences: the game was lagging terribly. everything worked fine but took about ten minutes to move things around. there was no online components available. when scene two in the gardens was finished, it didn't take note and did not let me continue playing the story mode. But the how peculiar is that everything dissapeared entirely when the date of the release came. It was obviously the developers "pausing" my game until the date of release to make it fair. And, yes, I was online the whole time.

That seems very weird. Clever of the designers to stop you though, even though you craftily aqquired the game! Was the "offensive" song on the game?

As many others, I also have the uncensored version, and I got it a couple days before it's release date (the store I got it from had it for sale earlier). I already forgot about the lyrics of the song censored, though And regarding the 'pausing' and whatnot, I'm sorry but that's not true. I didn't have any problem at all with the game and I was online as well. So please Ammos, stop making stuff up

yeah i belive it was supposed to come in on a sunday where i am and i was almost done playing FF12 (like training up for final boss) except gamestop called and said it was in early so i went and got it still havent finished FFXII

I got the game on christmas (with a PS3) so I didn't have the "uncensored" version. And that's some strange problems you had.

I technically got a uncensored version. I bought it after the delay and the store I bought it from still had the old one. Luckily, I played 'Swinging Safari' and got to hear the original Tapha Niang. Aw man, I really miss it, it was so awesome with vocals. Here's a link for those who missed out on it; YouTube - Little Big Planet - The Reason it got Delayed 1:32 is the good part ;D
