Level: LittleBig Mechanical Clock By: psystation Hi all. This is a level I published a few weeks back, but I just joined LBP Central and I wanted to share. This is a 100% gear driven clock. One motor bolt runs the entire clock. Well actually I used three, slightly offset at the same speed and running the same gear (used to smooth out the motion). The level starts out with the finished clock set at 1 o'clock. An elevator leads down to the "museum" area with commentary on the individual parts and steps used to create the clock. There is an exposed clock tucked away that lets you see all the gears running. The exposed clock is set to the same time so you can how much time has passed while you were exploring the level. I just played this level and found it really interesting. I loved seeing all the processes you went through with trial and error and getting your clock to work right. It was really good that it kept real time, and seeing the 'display model' was a nice touch. The prize bubbles are great, only I couldn't get to that one behind the wall, and I didn't know what the speech bubble behind the crate with '6' on it meant... But - overall I'd say a really interesting concept - not like anything I've seen before - and though it's not really much of a 'playable' level I though it was good fun anyway. Gave it 4*'s and tagged it 'mechanical'

Checked this out the other day and it's cool. It really is a very technical demo style level rather than a playable one but what you've managed to make LBP do is pretty darn impressive. From an eye candy point of view I love the rainbow gear thing you had. I'd love to see that style incorporated into a whole level. Might be really beautiful to play in. I gave it 4 stars. Thanks for sharing it!
