How do i record my levels on my TV?

| Hey guys, I was wondering how to record video of my levels? I don't have a video recorder of any sort so i cannot use that option. Is there any form of adaptor that i can connect to my TV? | when I want to record, I hook up the PS3 to a DVD HDD recorder. I believe the PS3 can only output to 1 video device at a time. You could try to hook yours up to your laptop using a adapter cable. I've seen some vids where people just record the TV screen by pointing a video camera at it.
