Noticed this while looking through a new video of the game. Are there really only 22 songs? Or maybe 22 artists? Anyone else have any info on this? I'm excited to see if we can play our own music from the XMB.

Maybe its just me but 22 songs seems like enough for now. I assume there will be more heading down the pipe with DLC.

I think they have 1-2 songs from one artist, though... Like The Go! Team. I think I read this somewhere... Don't remember, though.

Keep in mind, this screenshot may come from a demo/display version of LittleBigPlanet, which is stored on a large SD card. Obviously they wouldn't include every song for a demo version; they need to keep things as small as possible.

Still plenty of tracks there it seems. If you look you can actually see some of the names e.g. Battles.

Even if that is it (which I doubt), I wouldn't really care, I worry more about physical content than sound. Of course a little good music never hurt.

Obviously they wouldn't include every song for a demo version; they need to keep things as small as possible. Hopefully this is the case. I wouldn't be disappointed, but as much time as I'm going to spend with this game the music may get repetitive after a while.

...I just realized I'm going to hear the same song on soooo many levels... no matter how many songs come with the game...think about it... theres a billion songs in the world for Youtubers to use... but they all use LInkin Park...:eek: On another note: In the end, it doesnt really matter...

Hm, news about the songs in the next week? Could that be that suprise I heard so much about about LBP? Well, it may just be a list of songs, but... A thought just arrived in my head. Since you can get rewards by finishing levels, there may be songs that you have to beat story mode levels to unlock. Heck, since there's some music editor thing (may be what Sam's talking about), we may be able to put our music remixes as rewards to show off our abilities to mess with the soundtrack. So, from whatI can see, if there is a big music announcement this week, it will probably be about thw music edittor or a list of songs in the game. Either way, can't wait for this game.

I NEED that large SD card...right NOW! -_- 22 seems enough for ME anyway! =D Even if you got a hold of the SD card I think you'd need a DEV console to use it. How bout someone goes to the that Popup shop and steal a console in the middle of the night :hero:
