Multiple Music Playing at once!?
Archive: 9 posts
This started happening a few weeks back now, first it only happened when i was creating my levels. My levels consist of multiple Music Objects, and each one triggers once a player gets in proxcimity. Now i understand that there can only be one music playing? So if a sackboy gets close to another music object the last music object would stop playing and a new one would take over.... However this is no longer the case. When i play my created levels, the previous music dose not stop and just continues on playing, making it sound really unsynx and ugly and annoying too. I'm getting this problem with the story levels now. When i was acing the Safari level, the drums sounded really unsynx, and then to realise that there was about 3 diffrent songs playing at once! Anyone else getting these problems? or is it a sign that my playstation is about to give me the Yellow Light of Death!? | 2009-06-16 04:54:00 Author: snowyjoe Posts: 509 |
Is it possible they are being triggered via a permanant on switch? I haven't heard of this happening before, but if they're permanantly on, this may be the reason why. Hopefully someone else knows why =/ | 2009-06-16 05:44:00 Author: Burnvictim42 Posts: 3322 |

No, their just all sensor switches. They don't happen with diffrent tracks, but if i have let's say the Gardens Interactive music, and then if i trigger another Gardne's interactive music with a differnt starting point... somthing like this happens. Also happens in some story mode levels. Safari Molepeople level is one of them | 2009-06-16 06:53:00 Author: snowyjoe Posts: 509 |
If you could figure out how to do it on purpose you could make some interesting custom mixes with the INT. music. | 2009-06-16 08:34:00 Author: TripleTremelo Posts: 490 |
Oh, i've heard this glitch before, made it as well. Can seriously screw up the music depeding on the songs being played, but as rob siad, with the correct music it can actually be pretty helpful. I'm currently working on a level using this and other glitches actually. | 2009-06-16 08:51:00 Author: Silverleon Posts: 6707 |

This is a bug with the Garden interactive music. It's been a real long while it's there. In fact, it always been. It's the only buggy music I can recall though. . | 2009-06-16 14:47:00 Author: RangerZero Posts: 3901 |
