I'm pretty sure ConfusedCartman (admin on this site) has a level where he gives it out. If not, just try searching LBPC or LBPC Sticker when you are in the game.

CC has it on two of his levels - one for just the sticker and one in his VR Challenge level, GrantosUK has it in his temple level, graygoose has it on his count of The Count Of St. Claire Island level.

And lbp (the site creator aka Skulpt) had a level where he originally gave it away. But that was in the beta and when we got the full game all our stickers were backwards in all the prize bubbles made during the beta (weird) I still think that is the version I have, but I just flip it
