Edit: Sorry about posting it in the wrong area, and downloads are now fixed. Hey guys, these are my first attempts at songs, made in Jeskola Buzz. I know that it's not always a great idea to post early work, but I have only shown these to one person, so I have no clue if they sound good to other people. I have just recently become very interested in video game music, so I guess you could say that the songs are video-game inspired. It has a very cool feel, but I don't think the piano flows as well as I would like it to. Very nice!!! I love catacombs and Boss fight! I might use one as my ringtone sometime!!! You need to work on the volume, though, some parts are louder than the other parts.

I really like the quirky musical ideas you put into these tracks, its definitely a lot more interesting than the generic trance/dance/dj crap that some people come out with I think it'd be a good idea to spend some time mastering your tracks, and making sure all the sounds are balanced. Some of the synth lines you have are way too loud and a bit harsh on the ears. I like nice raw synths, but they need to be balanced out with the rest of the instruments. Try fill out the bass lines more, and have a range of different synths and drums. So you have bass, middle and treble. Of course there are lots of songs that sound good when everything drops out besides the bass for example, so try playing around with your textures and your density! I'm only just getting into making my own music too, I haven't heard of Jeskola Buzz before though :S I'm using Ableton Live. Its a really brilliantly versatile and innovative piece of kit. Used by a lot of professionals these days O_O Maybe I'll post some up when I have more tracks done ?_?
