There's an ignore list (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/profile.php?do=ignorelist) that each user can customize. Keep in mind: when you ignore a user, you don't see anything they do. Threads, posts, anything.

Yeah why would we really want to block someone? I have not ran into a problem.
