The Spirit of War

Archive: 4 posts

Hello. Probably most of you don't know me but I saw people on lbpforum talking about littlebigcentral so I came over for a visit. I decided to ask people to try my new level while I was here. So here you go:

Level: The Spirit of War

Description: In this level, you pilot a Halcyon Class destroyer called the Spirit of War. The Spirit of War has approximately 7 guns and is very versatile. It cannot move backwards, however. The Spirit of War can move up and down and go forward. The weapons are disabled for this session as it is simply a basic movement test. Stay out of the engine. The flames will consume you.

Extras: How to receive the prizes: you need two stickers. There are two stickers. There is a Regular Unlock Sticker, which you can use to unlock a Colonel Reed character, an IDA Soldier, an RDD Condor with an Entrance, and access to the special bubble room. The Special Unlock Sticker can be used to receive the "alien technology" (as quoted by EnochRoot) Spirit of War. This version, however, is the non controllable one. Players will have to figure their out own way of making it move if they wish to use it.
So here is how to get the stickers:
The Regular Unlock Sticker will be a level complete prize in the upcoming Advanced Warfare level. The Special Unlock Sticker will be a secret prize somewhere hidden in the Advanced Warfare level.
Thanks to noemiid, daredude55, and EnochRoot for reviewing my level.
"4 Stars." - noemiid
"4 stars. But the ship makes it 5." - daredude55
"6 stars. Amazing." - EnochRoot

This is a picture of the Spirit of War.
Also, for those people that want the prizes, Advanced Warfare is being released sometime this weekend. Keep your eyes open to find the secret prize bubble that unlocks the Spirit of War model. Keep in mind that the model takes up a substantial amount of room.

If you go to the end of the ship at the start (I didn't know where the controls were), you have no choice but to jump off, as you can't jump high enough to get back.

Maybe some explosions or something in the background could liven the process of flying the ship up a bit, as there wasn't much going on in the level...

It was mainly a demonstration level. I'm working on a level with the weapons enabled so you get a chance to have some fun. If you go to the end of the ship, just jump off and you will die in the gas. Then go back down and try not to do it again. Thanks for your short review!
