Just saw this on the MM site. It's a really cool level video. Lot's of landmarks and great story. Congrats to denzilstube87. FROM MM SITE: When the UK LittleBigPlanet YouTube channel launched back in April, it came in a hand with a competition that would see one lucky winner being sent on a round the world trip, courtesy of uncle Sony, and with a pocket full of cash too. The contest was to create a level in which Sackboy would travel to a world famous destination, and the winner was announced today? Eh, too much dialog to be fun... didn't really see any good gameplay mechanics, though at times the aesthetics were quite nice... I did like his neat cut scene idea though, that was great.

I think that was a great looking level and told the story well with all the pics. But as jolly said, it has no gameplay really. Still a good experience though

Our own mistervista won a crown for his level. I filmed his level and tried to sort things out about them giving him the stuff, but they didn't do anything, and in the end gave the crown code and an email to me. Nice looking level. I won a finalists prize in this competition, Crown plus some other stuff I haven't recieved yet (excited). I know, but I think the kicker with it was it's appeal... it would probably interest passing viewers who would be curious about LBP. It shows alot of simple fun and simplicity - a charming story, fun acting, artsy but understandable intro's ala short films... dressing up and "acting", going on adventures in a different way than you do in other games. It gives it all a nice gloss, that would probably appeal to alot of "non gamers" which is the hugest market out there and definitely the majority youtube crowd... Not trying to shut you down, just conversing on the idea. I thought it was cool though.

Thanks for posting this Morgana, I'm glad you liked it. @TheJollyRajah....dorien preety much summed up what I was going for...a nice experience. Its not a level I would expect anyone to replay, but I hope the story telling is engaging enough to make it a nice experience or just a little change of pace from the levels you might be used to playing. @Cog & Coxy... I really enjoyed Mistervista's level also, glad he got a crown @NinjaMicWZ...I was hoping for people to "get it" and you seem to! Nice input, yeah I did take into consideration that the level would be on youtube, and also that the main focus would be on landmarks. Glad you thought the story was charming...Did you catch on the little things?...For example Vincenzo is actually the name of the person who was caught with the stolen Mona Lisa...Lola a dancer thats not exactly what she seems e.t.c thank you all for the great compliments

Yes, thank you Morgana for posting this. It's a very good effort indeed, and congratulations. I was lucky enough to see mistervista's entry in it's building infancy, so I realise and appreciate how much effort went into both these entries. And with this one winning the competition, and MrV getting a crown, I think it's a win-win situation. Good stuff
