... the rumor WAS true! ... anyone ELSE remember the rumor from September? :/ | 2009-06-02 21:11:00 Author: RockSauron Posts: 10882 |
Jack Sparrow and Cinderella were the two I heard mentioned. I`m sure he said something else too. Tretton mnetioned lots of new licenced content so here`s hoping there are more deals to go along with Disney. | 2009-06-02 21:15:00 Author: Matt 82 Posts: 1096 |
Oh God. I think I just threw up. This is so disappointing, my eyes are actually watering... ;_; | 2009-06-02 21:28:00 Author: Sackdragon Posts: 427 |

I loved the big aaaaaaaaaaw that went through the audience when they showed this. I would love to see the Incredible costumes. Still a long time before it comes out though | 2009-06-02 21:36:00 Author: Zwollie Posts: 2173 |
Yeah, I wish it was out sooner. Just some more info and pictures from LBPF: LBP was mentioned at the sony conference at E3, and they announced that Disney costumes are incoming these costumes were mentioned: Jack sparrow Cinderella Mr. incredible Will there be more? I don't know, I hope we find out soon. Here are some screenshots I managed to make: (jack sparrow was the only costume shown!!) http://i709.photobucket.com/albums/ww98/Pixelledfox/LBPE32.jpg http://i709.photobucket.com/albums/ww98/Pixelledfox/LBPE3.jpg | 2009-06-02 21:50:00 Author: Coxy224 Posts: 2645 |
When he started talking about LittleBigPlanet and then they unveiled this, I was very disappointed. | 2009-06-02 21:53:00 Author: Killian Posts: 2575 |
Well granted it's not a Septiroth announcement but it's still cool. | 2009-06-02 21:55:00 Author: Morgana25 Posts: 5983 |
Yah, me too. I considered that Ico-pic sort of the teaser for E3. And yes, I expected some Final Fantasy action as well. | 2009-06-02 21:56:00 Author: Zwollie Posts: 2173 |
SACK Sparrow. I wanted to make that. Really cool. | 2009-06-02 21:59:00 Author: BasketSnake Posts: 2391 |
Well the conference is on a limited time. They couldn`t spend too much time going into stuff on a game released 7 months ago, with Last Guardian, GT5, GOW3 etc waiting to get on. I`m sure they`ll have more info at the stands for people to check out and report on. | 2009-06-02 22:00:00 Author: Matt 82 Posts: 1096 |
Aww, there were people disappointed by this? Granted, we were promised ff costumes much earlier, and they're still not here, but as for me, I can't wait to play as jack or mr incredible! | 2009-06-02 22:06:00 Author: Theap Pleman Posts: 670 |

Pixar's okay, but Disney... you could say I'm not their biggest fan. | 2009-06-02 22:07:00 Author: Sackdragon Posts: 427 |
I stumbled by this picture of The Incredibles on the front of http://www.sackcast.com/ http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2009/06/sony-e309-keynote-1133-rm-eng.jpg | 2009-06-02 23:14:00 Author: jakpe Posts: 84 |
Epic Syndrome hair is epic. :O | 2009-06-02 23:19:00 Author: iiiijujube Posts: 594 |
I'm not disappointed by the announcement of a Disney pack, I'm more disappointed that that was the only thing mentioned. The Incredibles costumes look pretty awesome, as said before that Syndrome hair looks really cool. Edit: Anyone else think those masks look awesome? I could make some pretty cool costumes with those (hopefully they're not attached to anything like everything else is these days.) | 2009-06-02 23:23:00 Author: brnxblze Posts: 1318 |
I wonder if you'll have to wear the masks with the hair, like the old snake hair with the eye patch, or maybe they'll be classified with the mustaches? | 2009-06-02 23:48:00 Author: iiiijujube Posts: 594 |
I snagged an HD image of Sack Sparrow, here (http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/1974/jacksparrow.png). | 2009-06-02 23:52:00 Author: ConfusedCartman Posts: 3729 |
You know, on second thought, Disney's not that bad. So long as there's no Hannah Montana or High School Musical. | 2009-06-02 23:54:00 Author: Sackdragon Posts: 427 |
Maybe, just maybe, it'll be a big pack like MGS, and possibly include all the Incredible's powers when you wear their costume? *drools* MAKE IT HAPPEN! | 2009-06-03 00:30:00 Author: AwesomePossum Posts: 446 |

I wonder if you'll have to wear the masks with the hair, like the old snake hair with the eye patch, or maybe they'll be classified with the mustaches? I really hope it's not like that, hopefully it's by itself in the Glasses section. Edit: @Silverleon That's way better than it being attached to the hair but still not the best thing that would happen. | 2009-06-03 00:38:00 Author: brnxblze Posts: 1318 |

SYNDROME!!!!! I love that dufus! I'm much more excited about the possibility of Pixar related DLC than the Disney stuff too. I was sort of hoping for Violet for her hair but the three they are showing are pretty cool too! Masks would be great! Nice find on the HD shot of Jack CC... oh - sorry Captain Jack Sparrow.... wouldn't want to upset him. I'm looking forward to his headband with the beads and the beaded beard. Really adorable. OH - AND PIRATE BOOTS! I can't see them very well but they look like they're on the costume. | 2009-06-03 01:42:00 Author: Morgana25 Posts: 5983 |
You know, on second thought, Disney's not that bad. So long as there's no Hannah Montana or High School Musical. Oh no, please please please no Mm. That would be horrible if they made those... | 2009-06-03 01:45:00 Author: brnxblze Posts: 1318 |
Who could possibly be disappointed in this news. Disney. Pixar. and oh... wait for it ... that's right... this opens the doors for the freaking MUPPETS baby! I can already see the backstage set of the Muppet Show. This is very fine news indeed. additionally, I say bring on Hannah Montana, the Jonas Brothers, Zach & Cody, et al. It'll make it easier to know who to hit with that frying pan... | 2009-06-03 04:26:00 Author: Gravel Posts: 1308 |
im so dissappointed, the only reason im not happy with Mm or Sony......WHERE IS MY FFVII PACK YOU JERKS!?!?! | 2009-06-03 04:54:00 Author: Shadowcrazy Posts: 3365 |

I completely forgot that Disney owned them!:hero: | 2009-06-03 05:06:00 Author: iiiijujube Posts: 594 |
Ugh... Disney... puh-lease! I wish it would keep it's greedy nose out of our LBP. Sure the costumes look great, but I don't trust that money grubbing company further than I can jump (I can spit pretty far after all). Once you let Disney's foot in the door, you will have to do everything possible to stop them from barging ALL the way in on you... trust me. Disney... single handedly ruining animation and smothering creativity for years now. No thanks. | 2009-06-03 05:45:00 Author: Rustbukkit Posts: 1737 |

See what you did now?? You made Spaff cry!! Now apologise to him....and ask him NICELY when the FFVII stuff will come out | 2009-06-03 12:21:00 Author: Zwollie Posts: 2173 |
The Jack sparrow costume looks pretty good, but I'd be incredibly dissapointed if they made a Winnie the Pooh one or something kiddy like that. And please, no High school musical costumes... | 2009-06-03 12:29:00 Author: Recurracy Posts: 166 |
Don't be dissin' the pooh, son. I mirror some of the opinions here on Disney. Never been a big fan really. But yeah, they do hold the licenses to some cool stuff like Muppets and Pixar stuff. Still hold some reservations. | 2009-06-03 13:31:00 Author: Morrinn3 Posts: 493 |
Wow nice find. I hadn't thought to check up on all the E3 announcements yet. If Disney's getting in on the whole LBP/Sackboy thing, that opens up a lot of possibilities for future DLC. | 2009-06-03 13:36:00 Author: Chicago51 Posts: 258 |
HSM? SQUEEEEEEEEE!! Yes please, an East High basketball and cheerleading outfit would be adorable. costume packs are all well and good MM but what I really really want is some new level packs. pretty please | 2009-06-03 15:08:00 Author: groble Posts: 223 |
:'( *sniff* a molecule? crying? your days on LBP will be numbered! i think captain jack and the incredibles are awesome! i hope they just don't take it too far with other silly costumes. Seriously Spaff, i ask nicely, would you kindly tell us if there is a final fantasy small, medium or large pack in the works? i know you would like to keep it secret PM me and i won't tell anyone... | 2009-06-03 15:37:00 Author: MarkoWolfy Posts: 445 |

Im worried LBP will become more of a kids game than it already is. ^^ Pixar costumes would be pretty cool though. Aslong as it doesnt go too far! | 2009-06-05 12:25:00 Author: jakpe Posts: 84 |
They gave us Killzone costumes, Metal Gear costumes, God of War, Heavenly Sword, 2000ad, ect.... There's nothing wrong with some costumes aimed at younger ones as well. | 2009-06-05 12:37:00 Author: Zwollie Posts: 2173 |

NO, Rustbukkit, Disney at least innovates somewhat, Dreamworks is run by those Nazis Viacom..... ANYWAYYYYS, Pirates of the Caribbean is an awesome series of movies headed by Disney, and I'd love to see some Pixar costumes as well. Honestly, the only downside about this is that I'm guessing Disney will make it highly priced..... I wonder if Employee's discount applies to PSN store.... | 2009-06-05 20:03:00 Author: Astrosimi Posts: 2046 |

Innovation doesn't discount one's bad qualities, which Disney has plenty of. Oh wait... emplyee discount eh? Did I touch a nerve.... as in you work for them? lol I dug the first two Pirates flicks, but though the third was pretty bad. I'm with you on Pixar... they simply rock! | 2009-06-06 19:49:00 Author: Rustbukkit Posts: 1737 |
Plesantly surprised by The Incredibles. I hope violet + jack jack are included. An omnidroid costume would be awesome! :hero: | 2009-06-15 13:51:00 Author: midnight_heist Posts: 2513 |
Mr Incredible? I'm hoping if there's more that they go with Pixar creations. A buzz lightyear or Wall-E costume would be really cool/funny - Bit of a bump | 2009-07-16 12:51:00 Author: Snappyguy Posts: 710 |
I'm with Rustbukkit on this one. Disney are leeches. They taint everything they touch and if anything could sound the death knell for LBP it's this. | 2009-07-16 13:05:00 Author: mistervista Posts: 2210 |
^^ Jeez, a bit harsh, don't cha tink? I've always loved Disney (despite it's sometimes very poorly-planned business decisions), and this merge is just logical to me. Both provide innovations in their fields, both have cute characters, and both are now making big bucks. I really would want to see a costume from Kingdom Hearts (if that's even possible ). | 2009-07-16 20:49:00 Author: Outlaw-Jack Posts: 5757 |
i just wish they wouldn't act like costumes are the most epic things they make, don't get me wrong i like the costumes and all, but i would take half the costumes if they would spend more time working on more important things like game improvements and new tools and what not, not to mention some people can make a lot of costumes themselves, sorry if that sounded kinda offensive, it just kinda urks me | 2009-07-16 21:44:00 Author: jjdragon Posts: 257 |
I'm dissapointed about this. I can't say I didn't expect it, LBP being an E game, after all. Makes me wonder about the 'target audience' of LBP. MGS AND Disney DLC is kinda wut. | 2009-07-16 22:33:00 Author: TheMarvelousHat Posts: 542 |
It'll be a movie or another game. By the way, that's from E309. (yay modnations). | 2009-07-16 22:36:00 Author: Unknown User |
I LOL at you morons who think that DLC will bring some sort of plague or death to LBP... Ironically most of the aforementioned morons are adults. Who necro'd this anyways? | 2009-07-18 15:21:00 Author: Astrosimi Posts: 2046 |
I'm dissapointed about this. I can't say I didn't expect it, LBP being an E game, after all. Makes me wonder about the 'target audience' of LBP. MGS AND Disney DLC is kinda wut. They want a wide range of DLC so if a parent didn't let someone get MGS they'd let them get the disney DLC. You cant have all violence, and you cant have all 3-7 stuff. | 2009-07-18 15:29:00 Author: Adam9001 Posts: 744 |
I find it kinda strange that people are dissapointed at this, for 3 reasons: 1. LittleBigPlanet is rated E for EVERYONE! They've already given us MGS, God of War, Killzone, the list goes on. I myself am really excited, because finally there's new DLC that is not from a game where people kill eachother. 2. Everyone's looking at the worst case scenario. How do you know Disney's going to continue after these costumes? Besides, if you don't like it, DON'T BUY IT! 3. There is also good coming from this. Pixar, The Muppets, Nightmare Before Christmas and Disney has made some decent movies. Although I agree with not wanting Hannah Montana and HSM. Just chill OUT. We never know what they're going to do until they announce it. The costumes that they DID announce look cool and I would buy them. | 2009-07-18 16:17:00 Author: Frinklebumper Posts: 941 |
^^ Yes indeed. The only costume they showed anyways was from their only PG-13 trilogy, so it can't be all bad. | 2009-07-19 07:39:00 Author: Outlaw-Jack Posts: 5757 |
I've always hated Disney (Even as a kid all I watched was Looney tunes and Animaniacs and all that sort of stuff... I always thought Disney movies were lame and boring, too much telling me how wonderful life is not enough people getting smashed with mallets.) and now that I'm older, and an animator myself, I've got all sorts of reasons for thinking they're an absolutely terrible animation company. But to think these costumes are the end of LBP is completely ridiculous, nothing's gonna happen from this other than that there will be people dressed as Disney characters. | 2009-07-19 08:21:00 Author: RadicalStan Posts: 99 |
These costumes looks cool. You guys are just going crazy 'bout this! I love it! hehe... | 2009-07-22 04:06:00 Author: Chump Posts: 1712 |
