WTF Nintendo is on fire!! I never thought I would like their keynote better than the Microsoft one. What the hell did I just see? WOWOWOW -New 2D Mario -New Zelda -New Mario 3D -New Metroid -New Golden Sun What the hell. This is too good. And WiiSport Resort is interesting, it seems really improved over WiiSPorts and did like Wiisports. Seriously, Nintendo delivers. It's like hell freezing over in my head right now. .

Ooooh, I'm crushed! No new Wii Zelda! Ooooh ouch... Well. Probably next year. they already have their motion-plus killer apps in the form of red steel 2 and resort. the new Metroid might be cool, but I'm not the biggest fan of Team Ninja games, to be brutally honest. It does kind of look like Ninja Gaiden with Samus. I should be more excited by this prospect I guess. 4-player 2D Mario looks absolutely ----ing sweet. I can't lie to you there, that is going to rock the boat. Mario Galaxy 2 looks like more of the same - no complaints there, but it would be nice to see something altogether new. Nintendo's also moving much farther in the LBP-inspired direction of content creation. This is cool, except for their unbelievably broken online "friend code" system. nintendo NEEDS to open up its online world and have an open community, or this stuff just isn't going to fly. I know we're going to eventually see a second Wii Zelda game using Wii Motion Plus, and when that day comes, I'm going to squirt salty tears of excitement.
