I've googled around, searched the forums, youtubed it all...still can't find any info. Does anyone out there know how the effect in the level Bi-polar negatives is made? There's a video below. As far as I can tell it's some nifty manipulation of the fog colour and colour corrections as well as the effects of fire, but I've never been able to get it right. I loved this one and the Aurora Boralis -level. For me, it looks like poison (the way the fog moves). But also fire, as you said. Don't know how, though... Btw, the link is non-existent.

I fixed up the first post with a working video. It's most definitely fire and not gas, especially how it reacts to the camera and so forth.

As far as i can tell Make darkness to max, change fog color, reduce fog to 0, mae it day. Not sure if color correction is needded, but so far, thos are the conditions it looks like it has.

Maybe invis blocks on fire or sth? And red omnilight with shadows on could help too... (I have absolutely no idea, just guessing some stuff...)
