My Levels

Archive: 9 posts

Hi, I'm new in this forum, and I've been recommended to post in this tread for this comunity to check out my levels. So here I go:

Hell's Angels My first created level. I had no idea of what to do when I started it, but I knew it had to be a totally mad bike race. I think I nearlly got it xDD.
I published this level in January, and I've improoved it plenty of times (still I am). This level has nothing to do with that popular "motorist-gang", but I liked the idea of using Demons, Hell creatures, and talking-skulls.

The Bunker This time I knew exactly what to create... but I didn't know how!!xDD I just knew it had to be non-stop adventure, full of puzzles and enemies.
So I published an early version of this level in February. I used alot of MGS pack enemies, there were no special effects, but it got lots of good comments.
I never stopped improoving it, everyday adding, deleting or changing small things. A good friend told me to delete all the MGS enemies, and create my own. So I did, and changed a few things, making the level a lot easier (wich I wasn't sure if this was the right thing to do).
The level got 3800 plays in 4 months, but 3 or 4 weeks ago, I deleted the level, and republished it from new, and now it's got more than 70.000 plays (I'm still amazed when I check the number of plays)

4 minigames and a half This is project I "refused", because I wasn't 100% happy with the results.
I also had a new project in my head, and I didn't want to spend longer time on it.
So... instead of pressing the "erase everything" button xD, I decided to publish it, but as a free copy.
Anyway, the level it's ok. It's worth to play it. Just for fun.
I think I'll erase this level when I publish my new level in the next future.

So... this is my aportation to this great comunity. I'd like you to try all my work, and I'm glad to hear any feedback, and mostly, any constructive critics.

PD. Sorry about my English!

Played "The Bunker" - fantastic level. It's one of my 7-year-olds favorites. I'll be checking out the other ones.

Sorry, I don't know exactly what you mean XDD
Do you mean you are "7-year-old", I am "7-year-old", the level is made for "7-year-olds"... My apologise, but it's true, my english isn't exactly perfect, and I don't understand some expressions.

Don't fret about your English. I think you do quite well!! I only speak English, born and raised in the US and still have issues..

Basically, CCubbage was saying that his 7 year old child loves your level and is a big fan. Me too and I am much much older than 7.

I've played Hell's Angels as well as The Bunker. Both are awesome!! Not sure how you could improve either actually. Great fun! Very creative and artistic levels.

Hell's Angels is a great twist to a R1 "hang on and ride" level. Fun story with great effects. It was worth several plays just to see what all you have in there!

The Bunker is a great platformer. Loved the concept and some clever use of missiles.. Great lighting and scenery with great transitions from area to area that really immerses the player into your world.

I did see somewhere on another thread, a critique that the puzzles were a bit repetitious after a bit. After I read that I understood their comment and would tend to agree, but truthfully didn't even realize that until they mentioned that issue.

It has been awhile since I played it, but from what I can remember, possibly the ending boss wasn't as engaging as the rest of the level.

Great work! I am really excited to see what your next levels will be like!

Ha ha..... no, I didn't mean any of those things.

My son really likes "The Bunker" and always wants to play it.

I like it too, and I think it's designed well for all age groups.

Yes it's the island by Mallorca. You can see the mountains of north Mallorca from my place. It's beautiful.
