L.A.S.E.R.: Light Amplification (through) Stimulated Emission (of) Radiation Everythign gives off radiation: cell phones, iPods, PS3 controllers, Xbox headsets, TV sets, DVD players, etc... Second, Hiroshima was devastating because of the topography and wind patterns of the island of Japan. The wind carried the nuclear fallout across the island, and also contaminated the food supply (which is fish in Japan). Pripyat was the same way, just ask Sweden... | 2009-05-26 18:13:00 Author: Aurongel Posts: 221 |
Wow.... I'm going to remove all technology from my house immediately. And stop eating non-organic food.... WAIT - organic food may contain animal dung.... I'm getting myself a big plastic bubble to sit in until all this gets worked out... hopefully not a plastic bubble that slowly gives off chemical residue. And I'm only drinking filtered water. | 2009-05-26 18:55:00 Author: CCubbage Posts: 4430 |

Err, dude, Hiroshima was devastated because the Nuclear Bomb exploded (I'm not going to go into HOW it exploded) <_< The radiation was side effect of that happening that simply contaminated the sorrounding area, water, etc. | 2009-05-27 18:32:00 Author: Astrosimi Posts: 2046 |

just ask Sweden... Ah it's not too bad, a lady told me if you cook things long enough, the radiation disappears (she seriously said it too.) Very amusing. | 2009-05-31 21:52:00 Author: ll_ye Posts: 236 |

Oh yeh, Kim Jong Il just got a few PS3's. He said it was for some kind of test... I dunno. | 2009-05-31 22:57:00 Author: Unknown User |
Reminds me of the time when it was thought that the Iraq wanted to use PS2 to control missiles and unmanned aircrafts. /goes old news hunting Here (http://news.zdnet.co.uk/hardware/0,1000000091,2083302,00.htm), I found one article. Just imagine what you could do with a PS3 or Xbox. ^.^ Edit: Wait a second. That's already 9 years ago. /suddenly feels old | 2009-05-31 23:08:00 Author: Syroc Posts: 3193 |

Are these the people protecting 300 million and controlling our nuclear weapons stock? I think I just lost some reliability in the government. | 2009-06-01 00:48:00 Author: Astrosimi Posts: 2046 |

Hey ya should check the smoke detectors in your house. Most actually do contain radioactive material. There's usually a warning on the back. | 2009-06-01 01:06:00 Author: Chicago51 Posts: 258 |
