i got all the smash billboards and jumps but i was just wondering since websites like burnout.wiki. say that the hawker is surrpose to change turbos? its only on speed? xD and do u every get the original one in the game? *EDIT* **** maybe i should've posted this on the help forum xD

That's the Hawker Mech you're thinking of. It's a DLC car (under boost specials). It's a modified Hawker that can switch boost types.
