"Do it abstractly."

PSN:Ninteen45

Do it abstractly. That's the whole point. A test of your skill, and a test of how to make interestingly difficult gameplay, while making an interesting game. relax, scream halfway through, and enjoy the odd level design...

Update; I think it is F4F worthy now.

This was a pretty cool little level. I liked the visual art style, and it had some nice challenging segments.

A few things:

Boss at the end somehow ended up on the RIGHT side of the scoreboard, and actually totally fell off the right as I was finishing the level.

A number of bland materials could have used stickers to make them fit the level better.

A lot of the visible switches simply don't look good in there. I would set them to invisible

On this type of level, you're probably better off making it faster paced. It seems really slow, and if some of your obstacles moved faster it would get the player more excited.

I fixed the boss's moving problem. He stays suspended untill you get to the battle area.

Do'nt worry, I've got a few bars to fill.

Update: I've changed the theme a little, and given the boss a name: Thor!

Hi Ninteen45. I played Casindi's Abstract his morning and I would like to share some feedback.

I thought the beginning section was designed in an interesting manner, with the score bubbles in view, but behind walls and such, making the player explore to get to those areas. The platforms on angles were a challenge in themselves, as a mistep sends Sacky falling to the lower levels. I think I explored every nook and cranny.

Sadly, I was unable to complete the level, but I would really like to complete it and give you additional feedback.

The one thing that gave me difficulty was the very very dim lighting. Would it be possible for you to turn the lighting up a bit? I believe this would still maintain the integrity of your challenges, while making the experience more enjoyable for those playing your level.

I realize making such a change is ultimately up to you, and whether you decide to or not, please reply to this post letting me know what your decision is. I wil check back here before I try your level again, so I will know what to expect.

In the meantime, if you would like to check out my first level, Takken (Part 1)-The Beginning, that would be greatly appreciated.
