Sooner or later more and more Game Packs will come out with more cool stickers and decorations - and eventually they're going to make your popit much harder to navigate and find what you want. What we need is for it to be more organised! This is what i had in mind: http://spamtheweb.com/ul/upload/220509/1296_Popit_upgrade.png http://spamtheweb.com/ul/upload/220509/2869_popit2.png This would work across the popit in the 4 main categories For example we would have: > Materials - Wood - Metal -> Sponge -- Blue Felt -- Grass I think it would make the popit much quicker, easier for everyone from beginners to really advanced players I really thing Mm will have to implement this at some point, or else finding what you want is going to become more difficult than it needs to be. I wouldn't be suprised if they were working on it already And of course if you prefer the old popit, you could maybe use the triangle button to switch between the 2 /// Other suggestions! brnxblze: You should be able to sort items by your own preferences by creating groups and choosing what items go in! Useful for sorting materials, costumes, stickers etc Whaaaaale: Items should be sorted by how much you use them, so the most used materials will stay at the top of the list. iiiijujube: The pop-it should be given new designs other than just new colours, including a choice of cursors

I would like an upgrade, pop-it is hard enough to navigate now I can't imagine how hard it will be when more and more packs come out. Nice picture and very nice idea.

I think you can press square and organize by theme and such but it's not very organized and annoying to navigate.

i've only just found out you can organise that way but it's still just as cluttered and involves long lists that take ages to scroll through

Especially since a lot of the important stickers and things are in the middle or at the bottom (numbers, letters and lights are all the way at the bottom :S.)

I think they should also group them depending on how much you use a certain material, because usually when your creating a level, you'll be set with a certain number of materials, if this was implemented those materials would always be at the top, same with objects and stuff.

I would like it if I could sort them by my own preferences like if I know I won't use an item I can place it in its own group at the bottom of the pop-it.

Yeah I get the hump that everything isn't list in their packs properly and the same goes for the costumes I think they should also group them depending on how much you use a certain material, because usually when your creating a level, you'll be set with a certain number of materials, if this was implemented those materials would always be at the top, same with objects and stuff. This would make things a lot easier, as I'm useless at finding what I want lol

well you could always just heart the things you plan on using for that but yeah that'd be a pretty good feature - at the moment everything is just in the order that you collected them in sorting items by your own preferences would be awesome too! like creating your own groups and throwing items in right? i'll add them to the first post!

That'd be great for sorting your completed costumes into groups if that's what you meant and the components need some personal organisation too same goes with materials and stuff

I totally argree, but I just want to be able to easily go from one spot in the popit to the other, mainly in the level editor with materials and objects. Just exactly what the pictures say, but then with i.e. "basic materials, cardboard, stone, metal, wood, sponge, etc.". I just hate this system so much...

I agree 100%. It takes FOREVER moving through the Stickers, and I'm still not even talking about flipping through the Goodies, too. I hate it when I download a pack and its stickers are scattered throughout the Pop-It. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of Stickers from Packs I have yet to use!

For the sake of customization, to give creators more the feeling of "this is your creating zone", I'd really like to see different pointers for the popit instead of the plain old "tadpole gone wrong thing", like a computer cursor or something like that.

That's a pretty good idea Being able to sort your pop-it into your own categories would give you a stronger feeling that it belongs to you It'd be nice to see some new designs for the pop-it other than just different colours, kind of like what you suggested

I would really like to see this happen. I've got all the materials, costumes, extra packs, so my Pop-it is extremely cluttered. Also, they should allow you to make your own categories, so you can organize in a way that best suits YOU, yet also allow people to use a default option.

Jeez I hope this comes very very soon... It's so *****ing annoying to scroll all the way down with stickers, decorations, materials and objects... I use hearted stuff for that atm, but I'd prefer putting all that stuff into different tabs.

I was just about to create a thread suggesting the same thing. Needless to say, I 100% agree with this suggestion. Decorations, stickers and objects are difficult to go through when looking for that one particular item, let alone when you simply want to look for something that "fits".

I was thinking about this the other day... Why not have multiple hearted pages? You could create one for each level, plus ones for favourite stickers/decorations/etc. Just use R1/L1 to switch between them like usual.

I sort of like the way the popit looks and is organized now. My only suggestions for better easy of use is the way it is now but there is a button to automatically scroll down to the first item in the next section, like R1 to go down and L1 to go up. Though i do agree you should be able to have your own categories, sort of like an expanded hearted page

Yoou stole my idea! >_< Yeah, but remember - R1/L1 flips pages, it would have to be R2/L2 I'd also love to be able to choose your own colors for the popit, instead of the horrible, bright popit colors. I would like to use the navy popit but you can't see anything on the LittleBigPlanet. So I had to resort to the red color, which is annoyingly bright for me... =/

Other than changes to the menu I would find really useful to have the possibility to move the pop-it lazo in the 3 planes. Sometimes it's really hard (or even impossible) to select what you want, since the lazo autoselect the nearest plane.

This is a great idea. You could save lots of time without having to go through your popit. You could maybe save about an hour per level.
