Is anyone getting something different out of this? Frankly the writing is somewhat incomprehensible to me.

I think it means the Insomniac team is using LittleBigPlanet as the development platform for the next Ratchet & Clank game, because they can have 15-year-olds do all the programming instead of those darn over-priced professional game developers.
