Anyone else remember those badass games? WORM POWER! | 2009-05-19 18:45:00 Author: Foofles Posts: 2278 |
Yeah they were excellent. Remember the psycrow races well. And launching the cow off a tree using a big fridge... crazy! Last level was such a pain... I think I level skipped to it... I used to cheat at games a lot when I was younger  | 2009-05-19 18:51:00 Author: Burrich Posts: 1018 |
I used to cheat all the time in games before too, but regret now, I was really missing out! Everything was awesome in Earthworm Jim, including the music. It was so creative, a worm that gets superpowers... | 2009-05-19 18:58:00 Author: Foofles Posts: 2278 |
Man I love that game, it was deffinitley one of my favorites; I miss it now. Thanks a lot! lol. I want to play it! | 2009-05-19 19:34:00 Author: Hamsalad Posts: 2551 |

Oh wow, i was just thinking about it! Man those games were great fun! Why can't they make games like they used to? | 2009-05-21 00:41:00 Author: Silverleon Posts: 6707 |

Apparently its' rumored they're working on a new one as of April this year.. I hope it doesn't suck. | 2009-05-21 03:35:00 Author: Foofles Posts: 2278 |
They were gonna do a remake of the first one for PSP. It got cancelled.... I love earthworm Jim, it was one of the first games I played. I fondly remember the granny elevators in the 2nd one. | 2009-05-21 08:51:00 Author: Zwollie Posts: 2173 |
just the best game made, Ever. Moonlight Sonata, (when your floating in the intestines) has stayed in my head FOREVER! | 2009-05-21 10:58:00 Author: CreateNPlay Posts: 1266 |
How many levels were there? I think I was only able to beat 3 or 4(not counting the in between levels where you ride your bike thing in space). That game was hard, but it was a lot of fun. I spent most of my time trying to figure out where all the secrets were. | 2009-05-21 13:50:00 Author: Walter-Kovacs Posts: 542 |
about 30 levels. very hard | 2009-05-21 14:01:00 Author: CreateNPlay Posts: 1266 |
Definitely one of the best games ever, everything was good in it. And it WAS hard, I couldn't pass that level where you're underwater in that glass submarine type thing for the longest time. And I did read about the cancelled PSP version, but apparently there's something *ELSE*. I wondeeeeer.... only time can tell! I also have Earthworm Jim 3D which is *OK* But I've never completed it. | 2009-05-21 15:59:00 Author: Foofles Posts: 2278 |
A PSP one would be awesome, that's a shame. Ya that game was really hard. I still remember that like evil erie classical music they would play. Do you guys remember that level where I think you were like a baby worm or embrio type thing | 2009-05-21 17:42:00 Author: Hamsalad Posts: 2551 |
I think I'll never forget the bungee-jumping duel with Major Mucus over a pit of snot in "Snot a problem". http://scout.rustedmagick.com/mjrmuc.jpg Earthworm Jim had some of the most amusing set of enemies and bosses in a video game. | 2009-05-21 20:06:00 Author: Morrinn3 Posts: 493 |
OH YEAH!!! That was awesome! Bungee snot battle! | 2009-05-21 23:30:00 Author: Burrich Posts: 1018 |

You have a working SNES still?!?! ANNNND EWJ!!!? | 2009-05-22 17:39:00 Author: Hamsalad Posts: 2551 |
You have a working SNES still?!?! ANNNND EWJ!!!? Yuuuuuup! I have working Game Boy, Sega Genesis, SNES, ... and still play them regularly! | 2009-05-22 17:59:00 Author: Foofles Posts: 2278 |
wow, that's awesome. Bless those old systems, it's crazy they still work today but game makers are having trouble making them work for more than like 2 years now. (I"m sure with the more advanced technology it might be trickier but still.) Nitendo always seemed to be the most quality crafter of systems | 2009-05-22 18:14:00 Author: Hamsalad Posts: 2551 |
You're right, the cart systems were made like tanks Most of my SNES games only work if the thing's upside down lol I got EWJ and EWJ2 when they came out. | 2009-05-22 19:04:00 Author: Foofles Posts: 2278 |
