Foofles and I were talking about SWG in the most dissapointing game thread... and since I didn't wanna derail the thead I thought i'd make this one here. Hammy and I LOVED SWG. We liked it pre-cu, heck, we even liked it post CU. But the NGE totally blew us off on the game. Who else rode the rollercoaster that was SWG?

Rode it since the years before release. I was even in the beta program and still have my beta CDs, I remember how excited I was when I got them. lol Good times, good times. I tried one of the free trials recently and my character's still there with tons of rare stuff... the NGE profession changing tool... Food from waaaaay back before the chef revamp like Angerian Fishak Surprise (assuming my houses didn't fall down.) .. All the holograms available... I remember hearing there was a private server running the old version, I'll have to try it sometime.

Yah, im pretty sure my house was collapsed on me, i didnt take the last free trial to keep it up I'm assuming my city Alcazar was also closed I heard about that private server, there was a really promising one Ham and I were following for a while. I think it fell through due to lack of funding
