Supposedly they tell you these days why levels get moderated and allow you to change it. Check your LBP messages in the start menu, it`s maybe in there.2009-05-16 19:15:00

The messages are meant to tell you but when my last level was moderated I just received a notification message, no explanation why. I suggest you go into create mode, save the changes and republish.2009-05-16 19:23:00

I have only received a notification as well...Its still only my moon and i can republish it, but i already had 10k plays and tons of hearts so this is really discouraging.Seeing as there really isnt any suggestive things in my level. Can i contact them or would they not answer?2009-05-16 19:33:00

Maybe someone griefed you because they were jealous. It's sad to say that this happens sometimes 2009-05-16 19:40:00

I have a feeling it's because the level is based on "The Human Body"

I suggest:
1. Changing the title
2. If the guy is completely covered in a skin-tone-colored sticker, try putting a different color on him.
3. If it's a girl, change it to a guy >_>

Don't mean to sound like a perv, just that sometimes people can take things to the extreme...

three of my levels got modded at the same time and i got two of them back up.

What you do is go into your level and delete anything that you think might hav got your level moderated. Then recreate it to MM standards so it doesnt get moderated again

Is there any way to get it straightened out with MM to get my level back where it was? I know my level wont fare as well as it did before it got modded.2009-05-16 19:55:00

I played that level myself the other day and had no problems with it. I'm not sure why it got modded but you should email them
I think just republishing it and advertising it more will get your plays back (hopefully)

Although I don't think this level should have been modded, I can imagine the implied defication would cause a problem with some moron.2009-05-16 20:13:00

I think it's either the blood spurts or the giant poo, I've got nothing against them myself (that sounds weird but without going into detail my job means I get hardened to that kind of thing) but some folks are funny.

Also could you tweak that ending as I somehow missed the jump off point for the falling log and can't finish the level, anyone else have that problem?

yeah, i really think it was a mistake for them to make a trophy that requires you to flag levels, especially 50 of them, most levels in lbp are pretty good so people just flag rashly2009-05-17 01:12:00

Theres a trophy to grief levels? Why on earth would they ever do that. And lead sharp, yeah right now making the poop respawnable is at the top of my to do list. And YEAH! Maybe its the blood it got modded for! Im gonna change them from red to green, thanks.2009-05-17 01:26:00

It's not up to Mm to moderate levels - Sony handles the whole gig. Sony is notoriously uncommunicative when it comes to potentially offensive content (and I can see reasoning behind that), so I don't think you'd get a response from them either.

It says TAG, not FLAG.

yea - there are no trophies in LBP for good griefing a level. You get one for leaving comments on levels but not for griefing them.2009-05-17 04:30:00

It's a good thing there isn't a trophy for griefing levels. Imagine all the people griefing other people's levels just so they can get a trophy!

Anyways on-topic it was probably the blood and poo that made people think your level was offensive, if not, it was probably some jealous person who griefed it because it got more plays then his/her levels.

did someone say that there was some blood in it? Sony has been known to mod levels (even levels that have been up for a veeerrrry long time) for that as long as someone sends it to them and says it's offensive. The one guy who got spotlighted by IGN just got his Zombie level modded because of that.2009-05-17 14:07:00

I played it last night and I think people who've already posted here have nailed it. It's got to be the spurty blood bit or the ending part. I didn't think it was bad enough to warrant a grief at all - but CCubbage is right..... some people get offended way too easily about stuff.

Good luck with the green idea. Hope it works.

Thanks for playing my level

I have officially changed it to change goo and not blood in an attempt to not get modded again, thanks for your help guys, i had not even thought about the blood being moddable.

I have also added a stomach portion just as an extra.

When you grief a level, MM goes through the level to find anything that's offensive, so someone who griefs a level just for the sake of jealousy won't work, unless there is actually something indeed offensive.

..I think that's how it works.
