i download the mgs pack on my US account but i can't play it on my European account. so is there anyway to play it on my European account?

I'm pretty sure it is the same. I'm afraid you'll have to download it on your UK account, or play it on your US one.

I don't have a credit card and the PSN cards aren't out in Europe so i guess i'll just hope sony release the PSN cards in Europe
