Yeah... nothing you can do really but send it to MM and pary. Hopefully you have published back-ups of your levels, if you create. You can get those back.2009-05-14 10:17:00

It seems the best thing we can do is do regular back-ups of our saves. LBP is the ONLY game that keeps corrupting saves! It's despicable! It's also the only game where our saves are really really important to us! Mm should really work on this, I can't even imagine what the cause of this is.
Goodluck SavagePepper, I know how horrible that feeling must be

I know about the uploading a locked level, but does backing up your save game also back-up your levels? I back-up my save game every night, luckily so far I didn't need to use it (except when I reset my pod decoration by mistake) So are my levels secure? Or should I upload them?

Well if you have a backup on a flash drive or something I think that'd be good. But I'd recommend locking the levels you are working on, and publishing them after every creating session.

It's pretty much a guarantee your levels will be safe, and probably easier than backing it up every day.

And I agree about MM fixing corrupted saves. I don't blame them, but for a game where saves are so ridiculously important, preventing corrupted files should be on the top of their list.

This happened to me a few months ago... I started over, and lost the third level to my first series of levels. I gave up the series after frustration, but I ended up beating Story Mode again and doing a lot better than I did last time.2009-05-16 14:29:00
