Hey! Im working on a level in LBP ( Duh! ). Since my Creating skills are pretty limited, and I just ran out of ideas recently, Im reaching out for a helping hand. The level is pretty basic. Got inspired when I looked through my old pile of platform-games and found a Aladdin-game! The current state the map is in, lets call it a beta-version shall we. If you have any pointers or ideas, please help me out. Name of the level : Aladdin! ( woho, lack of imagination! ) My name on PSN : ultrafelix Thanks in advance! EDIT: Hm, maybe this was in the wrong section. Correct me if Im wrong.

looks very good. I got up to the bit where you grab the platform and it swings and then got stuck. make the garbbable-bit bigger. I publish a locked version of my level soon enough, but i'm having problems atm.

Moved to Help! As for some ideas, you can have a platforming section with "floating magical carpets" jumping from one to the other, if you need help on how to do this, just ask. Lets see... Maybe add a food market in your level, just for the visuals. Add fire in your level as well. Another platforming idea would be pillars that wobble, so you have to jump from one to the other quickly. That's all I got for now.

If you have a genie you could do some really cool gas effects for the genie's magic or body. I love whaaaale's idea about the magic carpets and wobbly columns. Maybe a jump from rooftop to balcony swinging on laundry section over an open market? Sounds interesting though. Keep us posted!

It' a classic. There's a section of that in Escape in New York by Sosaku. Besides I'm sure they'll look/play differently - that's the joy of LBP. They will be similar but totally unique!
