After asking cc, he thought if i was able to get it working it would be a great idea! This is going to be a thread where you can... 1. ask for an item that you cant make, then a creator from that area can make it for them. 2. offer your item to the vault, or go find other great items in the vault. 3. offer your services to the thread! ***DISCLAMER*** ***if you are given a number, YOUR items WILL be located AT THAT NUMBER*** for example (creators), i am NUMBER 1 at the cut-out artist section, so my items will drop IF YOU PULL the NUMBER 1 lever. for example (vault donators [soon to come]), lets say i am the 30th person to donate something, i will be given the number 30, and my items will be found in the number 30 area. for now here is the list of creators; Cut-Out Artists - cutting pictures into objects like cutting out sackboys. 1-Johnrulz77 2-FlameAtNight 3-S-A-S--G-U-N-R 4- 5- Creature & NPC creators - creating creatures, bosses &/or NPC's for people. 1-Burnvictim42 2-gofurr360z 3-awesome possum 4- 5- Crazy Contrapsionists (1) - creating contraptions like cars, elavators etc. mostly good design, simple tech. 1-Johnrulz77 2- 3- 4- 5- Crazy Contrapsionists (2) - crating contraptions like laserscanners, escaladers. Mostly crazy tech, cool effect/attraction to the level. 1-smasher1973 2- 3- 4- 5- Logic Lurkers - Logic stuff, (and gate, randomizer, xor gate, you know) 1-Burnvictim42 2-Rtm223 3- 4- 5- Dangerous &/or Traps - anything from falling into a pit of fire, to getting shot down with missles 1-Silverleon 2-gofurr360z 3- 4- 5- SPECIALS The special stuff goes in the big boxed areas, each thing has an area. lettering - from a normal font to mgs letters, we got your back! custom lettering is found on the top floor (floor 3), on the left side (the big box area) 1-SawronZXZ 2- 3- PRE-made lettering - lettering already done that we found from around lbp, for ex. pixel font. PRE-made lettering is found on the top floor (3rd floor) on the RIGHT side (big box area) 1-Johnrulz77 2- 3- Musicians/music stuff - people who create music, themesongs whatever. Music stuff is found on the middle floor (floor 2), on the right side (big box area) 1- 2- 3-

I'd love to help make custom items for peoples I'm not sure where i'd want to sign up though... maybe you could make some better descriptions for some of the jobs (ie: what does a "crazy contraptionist" do? ) I've already made a few items for other people, and i'd love to give back to the community! When this gets up an running, you should keep an index (with pics) of items that were made... maybe even store em in a database level.

Hi. Great idea , count me in. I already have a simple elevator in a demo level if you want to check it out. i am more than willing to trade that. Unfortunately I am suffering some bug at the moment whereby I cannot receive prizes at all, either in community levels or as gifts. I've emailed MM about it but had no reply yet. I'd still give away the elevator though if anyone wants it. I made it for the community anyway really as it was just a concept originally to see if it worked.

hm, i wouldnt mind being in the creature creator list. ive only created 2 in my published levels (3 if you cant an upgraded version), but im currently making a level with a bunch of random creatures ive made. really, i just like making anything that comes to mind, even if they fail miserably D:

lol yeah, im in the middle of editing my post, and .. mistervista, please ask after the bug is fixed? id prefer not to have mixups and stuff.. sorry for the inconvience and gofurr, um, i think id prefer not to have "failed miserably" creatures, ill add you to the list just keep away from that lol... and smasher, the names just say what they are, for ex, an AND switch means you need 1 AND another thing to activate something, or gate is pick 1 switch OR the other to activate. it helps alot when you know the names, so try to learn them? not that you cant do the job, but lets say someone asks for a xor gate, you wouldn't know what to make, see my point?

well, im not adding stuff like lighting and such untill online create, it would be quite a pain going back and forth to get the lighting right for someones level, or something similar. but ill add you to letter making!

I'm in - logic primarially. To a certain extent, contraptionist 2 and dangerous / traps. But then I'd normally aim be to help others create their own, I'm not all out for the "I'll build the whole thing for you". Unless of course I like the idea and also want it for myself

It's easiest if you make the thing huge. Then the corner editing tool comes in uber handy. Oh and just to clear this up... Say someone wants a Sackdinosaur thing... I would make it.... send it to them but what happens next... either I'm a stupid retard and can't figure things out or it's confusing. Thanks

they press the "playwith" thing on the message or w/e and it sends it to them. and what i make it massive, cut out out with shapes, then the corner editer shapes it.

But in order to send an object to someone, you have to buddy them. That works, but its also why i think we should maybe have anotehr account to store everything. If all the designers can buddy a single account, they can send it to that one, and things can be stored for posterity, to be retrieved at the players convienience.

I'm prob gonna post a lvl to store the creations, with a section for the type of item, then that will be divided into sections for each creator in the section. This will be on my account, so u really only hafto add me, any orders will be sent to me and posted in your area, where the person who ordered it can go to the lvl and pick it up

A metallic circle with the inner red thing... :/ Make it as good as possible... As close to HAL as you can. But you don't have a NPC guy... though it is just a decoration kinda... But hey, you don't have any OTHER jobs, do you? edit: maybe he could double jump too? or...

I could do with something a bit like dawesbr's double jump thingie in his level, minus the double jump. >_> Something that'll sense where the player goes.
