Yeah, it is. It says at the bottom: "2000AD COSTUMES AND STICKERS COMING SOON"

lol, seems like a movie poster, dobut it is tho.

I just googled 2000AD, and it looks like it's from some old comic series.

Hmm.. Judge Dredd... Now I get it!

Yes, it was. It was also turned into a film starring Sylvester Stallone in the mid 90's.

Here's the original movie poster that this LBP rendition is based off of.

Ooooh, but I hope they make it like the MGS pack, I think it will be, they put too much effort in the poster, it would be a waste for it to just be a bunch of stickers and a cool costume..2009-05-09 01:57:00

And there you go again, another person making a rumor, people believe its true, and when it isn't there once release they blame Mm, and start complaining because they supposedly said that they were adding it altho they never did.
Not trying to be mean or anything, just i don't like when what i said above happens.

I'm not going to get my hopes up for an MGS type pack with new materials or anything. That way if it does happen, it will be like Christmas in May.

As for costumes, I still think it would be cool if they included Hammerstein from ABC Warriors. Yes... totally cool.

All I'm commenting on at this time is how nice the poster is. I have no idea what that movie is like, but the costume looks pretty good.
And has anyone realised it says "Costumes and Stickers" nothing about whole levels. Perhaps they got bored down at Mm (or someone was a big fan of 2000AD) so they made this.

It's not coming, and but maybe someday. Square or whoever owns FF didn't make a deal with MM, the costume they made was to show Square what they wanted to do.

However Sony as the publishers are in charge of DLC releases, so as you said, there's currently no plans to release the Sephiroth Sackboy.

That said though, it has been stated that Final Fantasy content in general is a popular request and that they are looking into the possibility of releasing some eventually.
So plans could very well change. :smileywink:

However these things do take time and they would need to make a deal with Square-Enix that would be beneficial for both parties, so until that time, I wouldn't hold your breath.

All of this is true.

On topic, this sounds interesting, I hope it has some levels and materials.

I feel really old reading the beginning of this thread where none of you knew that it was Judge Dredd and diddn't even know what Judge Dredd was lol

The bit that got me was when someone said it was a film in the mid 90's and I thought that most of you's were still kids then lol

Dude I know your saying you don't mean to be mean, but you seem to be saying this a lot atm.
You have to realise that this is a forum and people are just guessing (and hoping) what the DLC will be. To get others views on their opinions.
If others take that as being "official" just because people are stating that's what they think it will be, then they are not too bright and will just be rumour mongering anyway.
I know you are just annoyed at the haters of MM when this happens (I AM TOO) I'm just saying, we get the message now.

Pack looks really cool though, the costume is going to be ace.

Hmm... Maybe we could make a Captain Falcon costume out of it... the two have very similar character design.

Yeah, guess you're right, i have said that a tad too many times huh?(And the other stuff you said too).
lol k , then then i'll shaddup about it now.

And back on topic.
Yes, like some have said, this does indeed seem like a good costume to make a capt. falcon costume.
Still, i wonder if its just gonna be one costume or like 2 - 4?

That was me who mentioned the film's age. I feel your pain man, I saw this in the theatre when I was in my mid to late twenties. Glad to see there are other geriatrics on the site.

I echo these thoughts. I mean come on, it's Judge Dredd for goodness sake. It's difficult to understand how someone could not know these things. Man, time flies by.
