After the CY update I turned prize collection and photobooth off but recently I needed to get a truck from a level for a paint scheme contest so i switched prize collection back on. Unfortunately I never collected the prize. I've tried several times since with no luck and even tried other levels just to see if it was a problem with that level but I'm not collecting prizes at all now. The only things I can get are Stickers and photobooth pictures which I don't want. My friend even tried sending me some things and I can't receive them that way either. Does anyone know if this is a new bug and had it themselves or am I missing something. Please note I have made sure the profile settings are definitely set to ON. UPDATE :Tried a couple of my levels and collected the prizes no problem but it's still not letting me collect prizes other than stickers from other people's levels

Do keep in mind that when it says "On" its actually off. If that's not the problem then i don't know what it is as i can collect prizes like normal when i want to, i just said that "On" thing as some people i know actually had that problem and that seemed to be why...

Maybe someone else can get it for you and send it to you? does not solve the problem but get you the truck.

Regardless of which is on or off i've tried on both settings and it's not working on either. As i say i'm collecting stickers and photos but not objects. Maybe someone else can get it for you and send it to you? does not solve the problem but get you the truck. Several friends have already tried sending it and other objects but that's not working either. It comes up with the message that i've downloaded new objects to the community section of my goodies bag but they just aren't there! It's not that I have too much stuff either because i've already deleted loads. I can send gifts to others ok but i just can't receive any myself.
