Hey guys, thought I'd share my free running level. Jump from skyscraper to skyscraper! Pretty fun little level. Check it out, just look up "Extreme Free Running!" by "Coi7y"!

I played this, and there's definately some fun here. I enjoyed the environments, and it was defnately challenging. I think the biggest issue here is the concept of "free running", which should allow the player to race forward, making daring leaps and maneuvers without the fetters of constantly stopping. However, there are a number of places that make you constantly slow down and perform tricky jumps. For instance, when the "Walmart" trucks are driving by... instead of being able to fall on the trucks and leap from truck to truck there are big lights in the way that make you stop short. Or the area where you jump left and right up the walls to the top - the platforms are so small that its touchy to stay on them. The biggest advice I have for this level is to carefully look at any areas where the player must stop and perform touchy jumping, because those areas will put a damper on the "free running" theme.

I lol'd at the wal mart trucks. A pretty decent level. I like how you set up the wall jump. I was frustrated until I figured out what it was implying that I do then I was like OHHHH! And loved it. Wall jump! 3 stars, "Cute".

My thoughts mirror CCubbage. The level is fun and has a nice theme, but the free running concept is hindered by some of the tiny, tricky jumps. In my opinion, the level would be much better if the player is almost always moving, never having to stop and slowly take jumps. There is a lot of great stuff in the level, like the big Wal-Mart trucks, but I think that if you remove some of the tricker stuff and create a few more big leaps, it'll fit the free running them much better.

I really enjoyed taking a break from other hectic levels where I've got to gun down something or other and getting to play this. The gameplay was pretty smooth an there was little real frustration. Pros: +Getting to just run and jump. Back to basics and it really worked +The design of the whole city +"Wall jumping" was really cleverly done +Some nice ideas implemented well Cons: -A little short I rated it 4 stars because I really liked how it was relaxing and fun
