Who here owns this program? I've had Flash 8 for several years, and I still can't make anything decent. It's fun to toy around with though.

I have Flash CS4, but I actually haven't used it all that much. I trying to learn it more and more though, as I'm a web developer and I'd like to be able to use flash is the client requests it.

I have flash CS3, but I don't really animate anymore. I used to do animations for my site, www.kappacino.com, but that LBP flash animation was probably the first thing I did in about a year and a half.

I've not used Flash since I used a 'borrowed' copy of Flash 5 back in the early noughties. Has anyone made an open-source version of a tool to create Flash animations that doesn't suck yet?

Splapp-me-doo is on the forums...well, he was... Anywho, I have CS4. I haven't used it in a while though - I was thinking of making a tanks game (similar to iShoot) but with different modes. Eg, pirates - on the ocean, you have to hit your opponent dead on and if there are islands between you you have to clear them to get nearer, and "Bases", where you have to damage the opponents "base" (a building or something), and if you die you're out for 3 turns so they get time to damage it, etc. I even got round to learning how to find a trajectory angle from a power so it hits a target, but I've forgotten all about how Flash works. Time for a refresher course, methinks.
