yeah I had all these problems with error messages in LBP, so after I published my latest level, I went to set my online levels to "copyable" and "editable", only it wouldn't let me. I then took a big chance and re-installed the game anyways (the save game was corrupt) and then went online (after playing the 3 story mode levels) and discovered that I could copy all my levels and edit them anyways When did MM change this? Anyone know?

Anyone know? Hasn't it always been like that? Well, its been like that as far as i can remember, so yeah... its been a while, about 5 months at least.

Hasn't it always been like that? Well, its been like that as far as i can remember, so yeah... its been a while, about 5 months at least. I was always accidentally locking levels in the past (i meant "locking" earlier, not "editing", woops). I couldn't lock the levels either, or unlock for that matter. But, you know, it was probably related to all the glitches my savegame was having. For instance one of the glitches was that others couldn't join me from their accounts off of the same machine suddenly. This really sucked. My wife couldn't ever use her sackperson without getting an error message all the time. Anyways, sorry. I probably posted this without thinking it through enough. Oh well. Delete. Thanks anyways Silver

CY changed it so to change your levels from locked/unlocked or copyable/uncopyable you have to use the right analog stick.... If thats what you mean...

Yeah, like victim said, its not a glitch, you have to move the right analog stick left or right to do so since Cornish Yarg, this was added to avoid so many accidental locks/unlocks and making the level copyable by accident.

Thanks guys, yeah I knew about the right stick. I originally always used that stick to navigate through my level info pages, but it would always unwantingly and accidentally lock or unlock my levels. So I discovered that you can use the R1-L1 buttons to navigate without having this problem. But after this "glitch" in my saved-game file, the right analogue stick most certainly did not make a differece with that setting. Now that I've reinstalled LBP though, I will go check and see if it is functioning any differently now. Thanks for your help guys.
