Are you using the premade ones from here or importing your own? Should be able to set it up by clicking the user cp link above and editing avatar. EDIT: OK - if you're importing double check that ALL the requirements are met for the file. Size of the file both physically and file size. I think if it's a .gif you may not be able to post that until you get an upgrade. Try it as a .jpg. I think file size is 125px x 125px max and no larger than 2MB for the file size. EDIT2: Cool!
