Anyway, this level kind of makes me wish that there was an option to play all the story levels in a 'time attack' mode. It uses the same dimensions as regular sackboy as far as physics go. o.O Pretty good There's still ton of improvement on the bunker level, you've had lots of moments where you were waiting for something, I'm sorry I'm just not as blown away as everybody else.Lol, I don't know if you're joking or not. The only time I wait is when it is necessary. The only part I (or anyone else) could have done faster is the last conveyor belt. I should have ran past the first electric bar but I didn't. Edit: The wait at the small spinning platforms: I've actually made it on those by jumping from the wheel & get to the last one but it's just too late of a start from the first one and I die. I could have done the little green cart faster (and have several times), but I guess it looks cooler jumping above and back down. Maybe 3 or 4 seconds max is what could be shaved off of what's shown in that video. It would be really cool if you could go back after beating a level and replay it with race gates at the start and end of the level. It would be sooooooooo cool if MM would add a time attack mode which saves all your times for completion which you could compare with everyone else You could have Fastest level time, Fastest ace level time, Fastest area combined time (for example, All 3 levels combined from The Savannah), Fastest time completed all levels combined And obviously mini game variations too I think it would add a lot more competition | 2009-05-04 23:33:00 Author: dorien  Posts: 2767 |

But I'll probably wait 'til I get a better capture option. Then I'll redo "The Collector" and "Serpent Shrine" which can be a few seconds faster too. I'm not sure why I waited at the big spinning platforms the first time (wasn't thinking). So, I admit I was wrong about 3 or 4 seconds max I could save. I shaved 7 seconds off! If anyone seriously believes I can do any part faster, tell me what part and I'll show a video of what would happen if I did go faster. When I'm running I have it on full throttle, so I can't help it if sackboy can only run so fast. | It says you're 3rd on the video Anywho, the enemies at 1:00 may have been done 1 sec faster if you'd killed the second one straight off, which may have in turn allowed you to jump in the next wheel 1 rotation earlier (about, what, 5 seconds off?). | Nice job. Was practicing for a speed run video of The Bunker meself, but I don't think I could do it that fast - the thing I did differently to you is that I would use the momentum of the green thingy to fling myself towards the series of three platforms you jump across, but I'm not sure if doing this will make your time any faster because you still have to wait for the wheel afterwards. | 2009-05-25 19:26:00 Author: Ayneh  Posts: 2454 |
