I've noticed that when the community spotlight comes out, those levels are bombarded with "Good job on the spotlight" and F4F. There are usually a lot of threads, so threads that haven't been spotlighted get knocked down, and quickly disappear. This would get annoying for people who just posted their level the day of the spotlight, then it's bumped to the second page and forgotten. Now, you could fix this, maybe adding a new page in the Level Showcase, that would hold the Spotlighted levels, allowing other levels to get just as much feedback, and not get lost. This would help lots of people to get more feedback.

The spotlighted levels get automatically moved to the Cool Levels page once they earn enough replies - as far as I can tell, that moves them out of the way fairly quickly. For example, take a look at the level showcase - nearly none of the levels that were spotlighted (that didn't already make it to Cool Levels) are still on the original Showcase.

Yes but the same thing applies to the other levels in the Cool Levels pages, as sometimes those levels aren't filled with many replies, just conversations.

Well, I'd say once your level makes it to Cool Levels, you've gotten your fair share of feedback. Any extra feedback is a bonus, and that's largely determined by the quality of your level.
