so i've seen some levels that the background and everything are visible, but only the background is lighted, your sackboy and the land are all black like a silhouette, anyone know how to do this i really want to for my new level

Go to your lighting settings and change the darkness to full. Then change the fog colour to whatever you want. Simple.

It's not brightness to full and darkness to full? Or brightness all the way down and darkness to full? .

brightness to full. though it's there as default anyway.
