Comments/Feedback appreciated. I have redone most of the level, so I'm giving it it's own topic. Maybe this way people can see the first episode and they'll want to check out the rest! There are a few secrets in this level that you can't see in the video.

The story gets pretty intense.:hero:

BIG THANKS TO VANEMIERA FOR THE VIDEO!!!

I got to play the updated version last night (I was out of town for about a week).

Great job - the new visuals look fantastic and the change in background lighting as you move through definately improve the ambience.

One small thing - near the beginning in the round point area (you hold onto some grabbable stuff and get swung around and grab points) - you may want to put some thin invisible dark matter around the outside area. I was able to throw myself WAY up in the air and see some of the lamp stuff you have up there.

I'm not sure if some of the hidden bubbles areas were there before, but I just found them. Having the light made it easier to see some of the additional platforming areas.

Great job!

I'd just like to say how amazing of an achievement you have and to congratulate you on it. I can say with certainty that you are the ONLY author in the LBP universe with nearly 20 levels all dedicated to one story. Simply amazing in scope, story and art direction. Fantastic job, looking forward to checking out the changes you've made 2009-05-05 23:40:00

Wow. Just wow. Just finished Episode 1. Very nice. It reminds me of the short film "9". When it said a boy made of cloth appeared, I was hooked.

PS: I love how your levels are set up. Across the map in a line. Very nice.

I give it 5 stars, and tag it "Beautiful" and heart it, and its brilliant author. I will definitely be trying more of your levels.

I definately would suggest playing through ALL of them. I started playing through these levels a while ago when the series started, and this story is absolutely incredible - and I'm dying to see how the story ends. Its one of the few level series that actually creates an emotional response and is on par with great indie-films. And several times during the series, he twists it in a new direction that may even give you a few goose bumps.

There is NOTHING like this anywhere else in LittleBigPlanet.

I agree. I'm gonna leave feedback as I go through it, then post it all when I'm done. Heh.

Just finished Episode 2. The shadow concept made it difficult (I had to replay the level once, and I was using the glowing skeleton costume!) but the story is definately picking up. 4 stars, tagged "Complex". I can't wait to find out, so I'm going on to Ep. 3 right now!

Episode 3 was similar to Episode 2, cept a bit brighter. The story is keeping me hooked, though. The massive amounts of electric platforms kept killing me, but fortunately, I didn't run out of lives. ^^; The random chunks of electricity right before the scoreboard on that drop got me a couple of times. I made it on my last life. 3 stars.

I'll do the others later. I'm loving them so far though!

Yeah, some of the middle levels are definately not quite up to par (except in story, that is), but when you get up around level 10 and higher the quality starts getting pretty amazing.... when you get to 17, 18, and 19 it starts getting pretty mind-blowing. Definately stick it out - its worth it.2009-05-06 21:20:00

Just played the first one and the narrative was great. I loved the section when I was running across the barren wasteland and as the time changed from day to night and back to day. It was almost like a montage going in within an LBP level.

I can't wait to try out the rest. I'll leave my feedback on the entire series when i get done with it.

Hey I hadn't seen people posted in this thread! I've been going through and editing the levels to make them more accessible.. and bright... and replayable. I've also been going through and adding secret sections that reveal more of the story.

I've re-edited The first half of the series and now I'm making my way to the second half. I'm trying some new stuff on episode 7, so if people could check that out, that would be awesome.

HINT: If you see small red square in my levels, follow them, it leads to a secret!
